You may request to cancel your package for a full refund up to 24 hours after booking; a $300 administration fee will apply.

Cancellations between 4–7 days after signing your contract will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

• The first time you miss an appointment, we will make a note in your file.

• All future missed appointments will incur a $300 fee, charged to the credit card on file.
