Cancellations & Refund Policy

You may request to cancel your package for a full refund, up to 24 hours after booking your package, this will incur a $300 administration fee.  Cancellations between 4-7 days after signing our contract will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this period will not receive a refund. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

• The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file. 

• All future missed appointments will incur a $300 fee which will be charged to your credit card on file.
