• Fact-finding meeting

• Financial disclosure and review

• Certified Divorce Financial Analyst & tax review (2 hours per person)

• Plus, one two-hour couples’ session with CDFA

• Four mediation sessions (2 hours per session)

• Lawyer Drafted separation agreement

• Independent legal advice (ILA)

• Signing Session

• Application and process of Divorce Decree

• Two individual sessions with a Psychotherapist (one hour at the beginning and one at the end).
