Uncontested Divorce
$999 Per Person
Divorce Is Simple offers an Uncontested Divorce service for $999 per person for couples who have already resolved the important issues arising from their separation.
To qualify, you must have a signed Separation Agreement that addresses all applicable issues relating to child support and spousal support. If you have children, appropriate arrangements for the children and their financial support must already be documented in your agreement.
There must be no outstanding issues or disputes requiring negotiation or mediation.
Our team will guide you through the uncontested divorce process and prepare the necessary divorce documentation for filing with the Ontario court.
$999 per person
Court filing fees and applicable taxes/disbursements, if any, are additional unless specifically included.
